Please enter your information in the form below to help us meet our goal of procuring 1,000+ masks from the Portland community.  Masks will be provided to Transition Projects' front-line staff who are working directly with the hundreds of participants we serve in our nine shelters and through our mobile outreach efforts. Masks are also being distributed to participants and individuals we engage through outreach.
