Survey of Taiwanese Americans on Identity Issues
Please only fill-out this survey if you self-identify as "Taiwanese American." You are welcome to take this survey if you identify as "Taiwanese American" plus another ethnic or national identity.

As a Taiwanese American, I am interested in contributing to scholarship regarding Taiwan and Taiwanese Americans. I previously published "The Presbyterian Church in Taiwan and the Advocacy of Local Autonomy" in and "What Impacts a Taiwanese Americans' Political Identity?"

Currently, I am a Non-Resident Visiting Scholar at George Washington University's Sigur Center for Asian Studies and these survey results will be examined in my project, "A Coalescing Taiwanese American Identity and U.S.-Taiwan Relations."

Responses are anonymous unless you provide contact information for additional follow-up. By submitting this survey, you consent to the use of your responses for scholarship purposes. I ask general non-identifiable biographical information for contextual purposes, but please respond to your comfort level.

There are English and Chinese versions of this survey. Please take the survey in your preferred language only; do not take the survey in both languages. The Chinese version is at: https://forms.gle/MVftERGZn7kfVYmN7

Thank you for your participation.

With gratitude,
Christine Lin
