Please use this form to register for our January-March 2023 programs. ACT programs are for Adult Alumni and Friends of the YC Community.
1. As members of the YC Adult Community you are expected to provide your own transportation to and from programs. Please reach out to Lisa with any questions or concerns about transportation.
2. If you require any personal assistance at programs please make arrangements to provide your own personal care assistant, as staff is limited.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?The seasonal registration fee is $25. This helps us to cover costs
associated with transportation, staff & driver expenses, program fees,
food, and overhead. We’ll never deny any participant based on ability to pay.
SECURE PROGRAM DONATIONS CAN BE MADE ONLINE. There is an option to pay with
credit card through PayPal.

YC accepts no state or federal funding for
services. We are fully dependent on the generosity of community partners,
foundations, and the generosity of our donors. Please do what you can to
support our programming. Thank you!
4. If you have not completed a Medical form for THIS calendar year (2023), you will be required to do so prior to joining any in-person program.
