Sign up for a volunteer role using this survey. Someone from our committee will reach out to you to confirm your interest and availability.


Roles needed:
Some roles will involve shifts to help cover the entire duration of the task. We ask that you are available for at least one hour 

  • Brat Fry Team: (Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM) Assists with setup, cooking, serving, or cleanup for the brat fry.

  • OA Fire Guide: (Friday 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM) Leads alumni to the OA bowl for callout fire; directing seating for alumni section

  • Breakfast Team: (Saturday 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM) Assists with setup, serving, or cleanup for Saturday continental breakfast

  • Lunch Team: (Saturday 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) Assists with setup, serving, or cleanup for Saturday

  • Banquet Setup Team: (5:00 PM - 6:00 PM) Assisting with transport, setup, decorations, etc. for Saturday's banquet (@ North Star Lanes banquet hall in Antigo)

  • Banquet Takedown Team: (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM) Assists to take down, clean, and transport leftover food/supplies after Saturday's banquet (@ North Star Lanes banquet hall in Antigo)

  • Transportation Team: (Various weekend shifts) Serves as a shuttle driver to transport guests from various locations during the weekend

  • Program Support: (Saturday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) Assists staff at the various program areas open to alumni on Saturday afternoon

  • General Support: Select this option if you would like to be on a list for optional ad-hoc assignments

Specialty roles:
We are seeking a few people to fill specialty roles during the event. They may require special certification. If you know someone who may meet these requirements, please encourage them to help out!

Shooting Sports Program Lead: (Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM; Requires certification) Runs the alumni shoot

Range Support: (Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM) Assists with range program. Ideally has Range Safety Officer credential/experience

Aquatics Program Lead: (Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM; Requires certification) Runs the alumni aquatics area

Aquatics Support: (Saturday 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM) Assists with aquatics program. Ideally has a lifeguard certification/experience
