Application for free access to 6 week Feeling Good For Schools programme
Thank you for your interest in the Feeling Good For Schools programme! Before completing this form, please have a look at what our programme involves and previous evaluations of the programme.

We are delighted to be able to provide up to 10 UK state schools with free access to the programme's training (pre-recorded so it can be accessed and completed at a time that works for you), audio tracks and 6 weekly lessons (either Part 1 or Part 2) that are designed to take a proactive, whole-school approach to promoting good mental health. If you've never delivered our programme before, you should start with Part 1, which is aimed at pupils in S1/S2/S3/Year 7/Year 8/Year 9. The programme is aimed at whole year groups rather than intervention groups because learning skills to cope with life's challenges is useful for everyone, regardless of an individual's mental health status. All schools that take part in the programme will also be granted free access to our NHS-approved Feeling Good adult app (for use by all school staff, parents and carers) and our Feeling Good Teens app (for pupils in any year group to use).

Please complete this form by Friday 4th November 2022 and we'll let you know by Monday 21st November 2022 if you've been granted free access to the programme, for delivery in your school any time between January 2023 and the end of the current academic year (June/July 2023). If your application is unsuccessful, you will still be able to access the programme for a small fee.

If you have any questions about the programme or your application for free access, please email rebecca@fpmh.org.uk.

Good luck!

Have you delivered the Feeling Good For Schools programme before? *
How did you hear about us? *
Why do you want to deliver the Feeling Good For Schools programme in your school?  *
The format of the programme means that, as a class, pupils need to listen to short (approx. 5 minute) audio tracks regularly throughout each week at school (this is often facilitated in form/registration time). Teachers also need to deliver one (fully resourced) lesson per week for six consecutive weeks (usually in PSHE/PD/PE/a mixture of subjects).

The regular, repeated listening can feel challenging at first and resilience skills are developed as teachers and their pupils overcome this challenge together, with a positive, inclusive approach from teachers who, after training, can articulate the value in each aspect of the programme to pupils.

1) How would you facilitate the listening and taught sessions in your school?

2) Do you foresee any challenges in your school in terms of teacher buy-in and if so, how would you overcome them?
