We will be requiring that ALL 2023 Swannanoa Gathering participants be fully vaccinated and boosted for the Covid-19 virus (All participants will be required to send vaccine and booster documentation and a photo ID to verify). Due to the nature of our program, we are unable to accommodate exceptions to this policy. You can email

You are up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccines when you have completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and have gotten the most recent booster dose recommended for you by the CDC, at least two weeks before your participation in the 2023 Swannanoa Gathering.
COVID-19 vaccine recommendations are based on three things:
Your age
The vaccine you first received, and
The length of time since your last dose
As of right now, being up-to-date would include having 1 bivalent booster, if at least two months from a previous vaccine or booster. From now through June, if an additional booster is recommended, that would then also be required.
