Temporary Suspension
This is not a termination:
  • Per your agreement, you can pause your recurring bi-weekly membership for any reason, 1x per calendar year.
  • Submit hold requests at least five (3) business days before your next renewal. Late requests may process after the upcoming renewal. All membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Holds can range from 15 to 90 days.
  • After your selected hold period, your membership will automatically resume with regular payments.
  • For membership cancellations during the hold or reactivations afterward, standard terms in your agreement, including potential rate changes, apply.

    The 3 pillars below are FREE to all BTB members and a great way to ensure that you stay on track with your goals while on vacation, please feel free to use all three while you are away from the gym. The workout guide, will give you a simple easy to follow and quick selection of workouts in 30-minutes or less! The Nutrition guide will help you stay on track with your nutrition in social settings. And the athlete check-in is a great way to stay accountable with your coaches while your on vacation.

    Free At Home Workout Guide - A PDF with 30-days of quick easy body weight workouts that can be done in 30-minutes or less while on vacation. These workouts are designed to be BAMs 'Bare @$$ minimums' meaning they are the minimum effective dose to help maintain your fitness while on vacation/work trips. Because you're on vacation, you shouldn't be spending all your time in the gym these plans are simple easy, and can be done from anywhere.

    Free Nutrition Guide - A great PDF guide with simple easy to follow nutrition tips while Social eating. In this guide we talk about the most common pitfalls of nutrition in social settings, and how you can se up your environment, psychology, and plan to ensure a balance between enjoying your vacation/trip away and staying on track with your goals. Hint.... you can have both!

    Athlete Check In - Sometimes the simple act of being accountable to someone while you are on vacation, can be the powerful tool to keep you on track with your fitness while you're away from the gym. Book an athlete check-in (Before/During/ or After) your vacation to help you make a plan, stick with a plan, or reflect on how your health was or wasn't prioritized during vacation.

    Feel free to use all 3 during your vacation or trip away!
    Pausing of Membership Billing *
    We require up to 3-business days to process a membership HOLD. A hold request set for within 3 days of today may result in an additional billing cycle being charged prior to activation. This would not be an empty charge. 

    (I.e. A membership set to pause tomorrow when your membership bill is also due tomorrow may result in your next billing cycle being charged. However, You'd still have access to that entire 14-day billing cycle on your membership when you return to the gym.)
