Athlete Check In - Sometimes the simple act of being accountable to someone while you are on vacation, can be the powerful tool to keep you on track with your fitness while you're away from the gym. Book an athlete check-in (Before/During/ or After) your vacation to help you make a plan, stick with a plan, or reflect on how your health was or wasn't prioritized during vacation.
