TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WEATHER
As GPT programs are held outside, neither Gotta Play Tennis nor GlouTwp. can be held responsible for inclement weather. However, all reasonable efforts will be made to fulfill the entire programs' sessions potentially by extending session time each week or adding additional weeks.
When raining, all sessions are cancelled as courts become too slippery for safe activity.
If weather conditions are uncertain, voicemail is updated ONLY if session is cancelled (call 856-359-GPTS). This takes place approximately one hour before scheduled session time.
Website will also reflect the weather update, in a timely fashion, as soon as a weather determination has been made (
www.gottaplaytennis.net)
All IN-PERSON REGISTRATION must be done in advance of the session. No registration is accepted after day 2 of the program. Neither players, nor family members, may participate in any sessions until all registration forms have been completed.
PRE-REGISTRATION online is now available. This holds your spot until in-person registration is completed. All fully paid participants get first preference.
ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDED.
Please bring your own water bottle to be left on the court.
WEAR seasonably appropriate and comfortable clothing.
WEAR sneakers. No flip flops or sandals allowed on court.
NO gum chewing or food on-court.
