Library Questions

Please mark down any time you answer a "how-to" question for a patron, help a patron find something, or provide a patron with information.

For the purposes of this form, anyone who enters the library is considered a patron, whether or not they have a library card.

If a patron is seeking information to answer a specific non-library question that requires research, please refer the patron to Chris to answer those questions.

Helped a patron use the photocopier

Helped the patron send a fax

Helped a patron use their mobile device

Gave patron information about online resources like Overdrive & Kanopy

Gave a patron information about library services (like Books on Wheels)

Gave a patron information about a library program (dates, times, what it's about, etc.)

Gave a patron directions, or information about local resources (outside of the library)

Answered a reference question for a patron (Chris only, please)
