**Terms and Conditions for AGM**

Submission of Discussion Items: To ensure an orderly and efficient Annual General Meeting (AGM), members are hereby informed that only items submitted for discussion prior to the event will be considered for inclusion in the meeting agenda. This allows for adequate preparation and ensures that all discussions are meaningful and relevant. Only members in good standing may request that an item be included on the agenda. If the space in Section 3 is insufficient, please address an email to bcrf2023@gmail.com, subject: AGM.
Deadline for Submissions: The closing date for submissions of items to be included in the AGM agenda is 23 April 2024. This deadline is firm, and submissions received after this date will not be entertained for discussion during the meeting.
Meeting Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner that promotes constructive dialogue. The chairperson reserves the right to manage the flow of discussions and intervene as necessary to maintain order.
Voting Rights: Only members in good standing are entitled to vote on any resolutions presented at the meeting. Please ensure your membership status is current to participate in the voting process.
Quorum Requirement: The AGM will proceed only if a quorum, as defined in the BRRA Constitution, is present. If a quorum is not reached within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the meeting may be rescheduled or proceed with the members present, as per the constitutional guidelines.
Amendments to Agenda: While every effort is made to adhere to the published agenda, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. The BRRA reserves the right to amend the agenda as needed.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Members are reminded to respect the confidentiality of discussions and personal information shared during the AGM. The BRRA is committed to protecting the privacy of its members in accordance with applicable laws.
Acknowledgment of Terms: By registering for the AGM, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. This ensures a shared understanding and commitment to a productive and respectful meeting environment.
