2021  Hopkins County Back to School Fair                             Sponsor/Exhibitor Form
If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or exhibitor/vendor of the 2021 Hopkins County Back to School Fair that will be held on Friday, July 30th from 3pm-6pm, please fill out the form below. This year instead of paying vendor booth fees, we ask vendors to contribute towards school supplies or backpacks.  

We are working on planning a FUN and safe hybrid indoor/outdoor event with limit space inside to promote social distancing while still keeping the fun atmosphere of the fairs in years past. The presenting and golden apple sponsors will be located inside if they choose along with services provided (Haircuts, physicals, dental screenings, etc). We recommend tents if you are going to have an outdoor spot, however, there will be some shady spots. We will be providing food and cold drinks and are looking into providing a misting tent to keep all attendees cool.
