This form is for all students, teachers, and community members who would like to volunteer for the annual Shea Fashion showcase. This year's show, "Haus of Cards" will take place on SATURDAY, May 4th.

Students: Your hours spent volunteering for the show can count towards community service hours for National Honor Society, Graduation requirements, Etc.

Non-Teacher Adult Volunteers must complete at State Background Check through the State of Rhode Island's Attorney General's Office
