• we hold the right to refuse commissions
• strictly no rush orders
• everything is made to order unless otherwise stated
• lead time may vary (2–6 weeks) depending on the complexity and size of the project as well as the availability of materials; updates will be given from time to time

𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
• at least 50% down payment is required to start the production and avoid cancelation
• after order confirmation, payment must be made within 48 hours to secure your slot
• any payment made is non-refundable
• full payment is required before shipping
• send a screenshot of your payment for proof

• courier/shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer
• same-day delivery: Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy
• additional P10 will be paid for Shopee checkout
