How long will you need a Wedding Dog Handler? *
Please write the number of hours you need the dog handler at your wedding? This is from dog pick up to when your dog is handed over to your friend or family member at the end of the event, or dropped off at a pre-approved location.
Please detail the time, location and circumstances in which the Dog Handler will pick up your dog. Please be as detailed as possible.*Please note: your dog MUST be handed over by a person. Dogs will not be collected from a location without someone being present. *

Who will the Wedding Dog Handler leave your dog with?

If dog will be left with a pre-approved person at the end of the wedding, photoshoot or reception, please fill out as detailed as you can. *NOTE: The pre-approved person must present photo ID before dog is released to them.
E.g. Dog will be left with Groom's parents Bill & Mindy at 9pm towards the end of the wedding reception.
If dog will be dropped back at location they were picked up from, please fill out the when and where as detailed as you can. *Please note: someone must be present to receive the dog.
E.g. Dog handler will drop dog back at location they were collected from after the conclusion of the wedding ceremony and subsequent photos. Dog will not be present for wedding reception. Dog will be dropped off at location they were picked up from at 12 Example Street, Buderim, Queensland 4556.
If dog will be dropped off at pre-organised boarding facility, please fill out the when and where as detailed as you can.
E.g. After wedding photos, dog handler will take dog to "Fido's Boarding Facility" which has been pre-organised. They are expecting my dog under the name "Bailey" Peterson and are aware that a Wedding Dog Handler will be dropping off the dog. I will provide any necessary beds, food, vaccination certificates and leads to the Dog Handler when they pick up the dog on the day.

E.g. My dog will be picked up from Parent's house (address mentioned above) at 10:30am. From there, dog handler will take dog directly to wedding ceremony (be there by 11:30am). Dog will participate in wedding and walk up aisle - Bridesmaid named Mary will walk dog up aisle - Dog handler to collect dog at end of  the aisle and walk it off to the side. After ceremony, dog handler will take dog to photoshoot (be there by 1:30pm). Dog handler will then take dog back to wedding reception until 8pm. At 8pm, dog handler hands dog over to Bride's mother Betty at wedding reception.
Why is this itinerary important?
It is essential that you're wedding day is as stress-free as possible. We'll use your this itinerary to determine the TOTAL COST of hiring a Wedding Dog Handler.

The total cost of hiring a Wedding Dog Handler will be dependent on the how long you want your dog at your wedding and the amount of travel involved.

Total Cost = $150/dog/hour + $2 per km travelled.

Therefore, the more travel = higher total cost.

Charlotte will determine the total cost and send you quote.
