Listing Coordinator (TC) Services are available Monday–Wednesday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM EST. Submissions outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

⏳ Important Timing Requirements:

  • Agent must provide 2 business days for TC to obtain listing paperwork, Seller signatures, Listing photos in order to publish to the MLS.

  • TC will upload photos to the MLS.

đź’Ľ Listing Coordinator Service Terms:

  • A $200.00 non-refundable fee (plus any additional charges noted below) is due upon submission of this form—regardless of property's sale, expiration, or cancellation.

  • Seller's contact information is required to begin the Services. Missing or inaccurate information will delay processing. Please ensure correct spelling of the Seller’s name, property address, and email address.

  • Seller’s attorney contact information is recommended but not required.

  • The Listing Coordinator does not handle any negotiations; including list price, commission, contract, inspection, appraisal, etc.

  • Agents must provide access to their KW email account, OR be responsible for forwarding all emails and attachments to TC.
