2019 SPARK IT UP! LRSD GT Summer Learning Academy Registration - "Energizing Minds - SPARKing Futures"

-Academy Dates - June 3rd -14th

-Available to Current 6th Grade GT Identified Students in the 2018/2019 school year.

-The camp will be housed at Stephens Elementary.

-Please complete this entire form to be considered for placement in the LRSD GT SPARK Summer Academy.

-NEW THIS YEAR- Each applicant must submit their LRSD Student Identification Number to complete the application.

-Registration for the summer academy will begin on Tuesday, March 26th and will remain open until seats are filled.

-Submission of this application signifies that you are fully committed to attending the entire academy that will begin on Monday, June 3rd through the program's conclusion on Friday, June 14th.

-Open House is tentatively scheduled for Thursday May 30, 2019 beginning at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria of the campus of attendance.

-The academy will begin each morning at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 1:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation are provided. Students will receive a SPARK Academy t-shirt to wear each day.

-The cost of the academy is free for all students.

-75 students will be enrolled on the basis of the order they registered, first come, first served for each academy location.

-This form will date and time stamp each registration as they are submitted. Once all seats are filled a waiting list will be created from the remaining registrants.
