Check in starts at 8am. Each vendor will be assigned a time to check in.
Each vendor will receive one 10x10ft indoor space to set up their booth.

Access to electricity needed? (I cannot guarantee access to electricity. However, I will do my best to comply with all requests.) *
1. Set up is from 8am-10am on Saturday. Those setting up for Sunday only will need to arrange a time with me in advance. You will be assigned a time to check in. Please come no later than 9am, as the event starts promptly at 10 am. Vendors must be finished with set up before start time. Please do not start packing up for the day until 9pm on Saturday or 6pm on Sunday. Vendors who leave the event before the scheduled break down time will not be allowed back at future events. The show runs from 10am-9pm Saturday and 12pm-6pm Sunday, with time for take down after. *

2. If you will be selling food items, please have the proper health permits available the day of the event. We will not be obtaining permits for food. Permit must be shown prior to setting up at the event. *

3. If you leave your booth, please have someone watch it for you. *

4. No one is allowed to smoke or bring alcohol on premises. *

5. Tables, chairs, and linens not provided by the mall or the event promoter. Vendor supplies own set up. No hand written signs, stand up banners,  or canopies allowed. All tables must be 6ft in length and all table cloths must be black cloth. No plastic table cloths allowed. You may use your runners with company logos on top of the black table cloths. Racks and grid walls are allowed as long as they do not attach to walls or damage any mall property. Your vendor booth space is 10x10ft and your entire set up must fit inside that space. *

6. Please keep your area clean and make sure that it is clean at the end of the event. *

7. This is a networking and selling event. You can sell products from your table if your company permits. Please bring business cards, information, and decorate your table to draw in customers. Following or yelling at mall customers to get them to your booth will not be allowed. Vendor Events by D and the Baybrook Mall are not responsible for helping direct sales vendors follow their company's compliance rules. Participation is at your own discretion. *

8. This is a business event serving families. However, children should not accompany you to run your booth. All persons manning a booth at the event should be at least 16 years of age. Children are not permitted to spend the day at any vendor booth. *

9. The event will be advertised. Also, all vendors are asked to promote via social media, hand out flyers, and invite friends, family, and customers to ensure the success of the event. Baybrook Mall is a high traffic venue. This means we should expect significant foot traffic. However, no specific amount of traffic or sales can be guaranteed. *

10. Electricity is provided only upon prior request. I cannot guarantee access to an electrical outlet. However, I will make my best effort to comply with all requests. Vendors will need to bring extension cords, surge protectors, and tape in order to use the outlets safely. *

11. Vendor Events by D, Brookfield Properties, and the Baybrook Mall are not liable for accidents, theft, damage, personal injury, or illness. Please use common sense and take measures to protect your valuables and yourself. This is a fairly safe area, but caution is advised at any public event. *

12. Please dress appropriately as to represent your business and this family oriented event. *

13. There will only be one company represented at the event from each direct sales company. It is also at the event organizers’ discretion to omit companies that are too similar as to provide a variety of shopping options for our guests. Direct sales vendors are not allowed to share a booth space. Crafters will be allowed to share a booth space with prior approval and if all items being sold are disclosed to the event promoter. *

14. Small business partners are invited, but not required, to sponsor children’s activities at the event. These activities will be free of charge to our guests to promote your business. Please contact Deanna to check for availability. *

15. There will be NO REFUNDS of vendor booth fees. Vendors are allowed to sell their spots to another qualified vendor from their same company if they approve the switch with the event organizer prior to the day of the event. The booth must be sold for no more than the amount paid by the original vendor. If the event is canceled for any reason all vendors will receive credit for a future event with Vendor Events by D in the amount that they paid to attend this event. There will be NO REFUNDS. Violation of any of the terms of this agreement with forfeit any credit for both fees paid. *

16. The event is located inside the mall. Please check your vendor confirmation email prior to the show for mall entrance/unloading location. You will then be shown to your space and given an opportunity to unload your vehicle as closely to your booth space as we can allow. *

17. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Foul language, rudeness to mall patrons or staff, or inappropriate behavior will be grounds for removal from the event and the mall. Vendors who are removed from the event for violating the rules of this agreement will forfeit any booth fees paid. *

18. By completing this form I agree to all terms and conditions contained within. Payment of vendor booth fee invoice secures the vendor space. Spaces will not be held without payment. *
