This supplemental form for after school theatre is what we will use to help schedule and cast your student in a role that will best fit their interest and availability. It also contains lots of information about the K-8 play process.  We kindly ask that you read through carefully and thoroughly complete each section of this form, as this information will help us provide your student with a successful experience from the get-go.

Important Dates - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Regular Rehearsals - September 16th-October 29th
     - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 3:25pm to 5:15pm
     - Wednesdays from 2:10pm - 5:15pm
     - Your student will be assigned between 1 and 5 regular rehearsal days
     - You will select the time commitment that fits your family.
     - We aim to support students' involvement in other activities, and do our best to accommodate schedules

Technical Rehearsals - October 30th-November 6th
     - Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 3:25-6:00pm
     - Wednesday: 2:10-6:00pm
     - Technical (or Tech) Rehearsals give our cast and crew a chance to begin putting their work together. Therefore, it is
        extremely important that we have all students available through this time. It is likely that your student will be asked to
        attend most or all of these rehearsals, so please check on possible conflicts now and provide that information in the
        scheduling section.

Dress Rehearsals - November 7th-8th, 12th-13th
     - Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 3:25-6:15pm
     - Wednesday: 2:10-6:15pm
     - Dress Rehearsals describe the times we are able to rehearse the entire play, beginning to end, with all of our technical
       elements (including costumes) and all of our students.
     - Attendance at Dress Rehearsals is mandatory. If you have questions or concerns about this scheduling detail, please
       email the Program Coordinator (sbafterschooltheatre@gmail.com).

Public Performances - November 14th and 15th
     - 11/14 and 11/15 will be our performances! The shows will be at 7pm both nights, and students will be asked to arrive
       no later than 6pm.
     - There will be a school day performance as well, and the date and time will be announced as soon as possible.
     - Attendance at all performances is mandatory. Theatre is a highly collaborative art form, and we cannot ask our large
       cast and crew to adjust around absences during performances. Please email with any questions or concerns about
       this policy.

NOTE: There will be no rehearsals on October 11, October 31 or November 11.
