Following up the OISTAT Inclusion Policy, published in 2018, an initiative was launched in 2023 to create a Committee dedicated to discussing in depth and address possible strategies to tackle Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice & Accessibility across the international spectrum.
The OISTAT Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is dedicated to promoting respect and celebrating both our differences and similarities in live performances. Our goal is to ensure everyone in our community is valued and included, and to spread these values in live shows around the world.
We aim to create a fair and welcoming environment by understanding each other better and embracing diverse perspectives. Your opinions are very important to us.

THE STUDY
Thank you for considering taking part in our study. We want to make sure you have all the information you need before you start.
First off, it’s important to know that joining this study is completely voluntary. You can decide to stop participating at any time, for any reason, and it won’t affect you negatively in any way.
We also want to assure you that we keep your personal information (like where you live) separate from your survey answers. This way, your answers can’t be linked back to you, keeping your responses as anonymous as possible.
You can answer the survey questions in any language you feel comfortable with. However, we will translate your answers into English for our analysis. We’ll do our best to make sure the meaning of your responses is kept intact.
