Seminars have been cited as one of the top reasons FMCA members attend international conventions. FMCA relies on respected instructors and representatives from exhibiting companies to share their wealth of knowledge and experiences with our attendees. FMCA extends many thanks to our loyal seminar presenters.

You must be registered for a booth in order to present a seminar. Family members must be registered for the convention in order to request seminar space. The fee for a Product-Specific Seminar is $300 per seminar. An invoice will be sent in June confirming the scheduled time and seminar room number. Payment is to be made at that time or the seminar will not be listed in the printed program.

All seminar rooms (excluding craft rooms) will have a handheld speaker's microphone, an audience microphone, a video projector, an HDMI cable, and a screen. The presenter provides laptops and additional connecting cables if needed. Personal lavalier microphone systems can be connected. Please bring both the mic and the receiver with you.

If requesting to present the seminar more than once, an event space application must be completed for EACH event space needed. Seminar/Meeting Space applications may only be submitted electronically. Please complete the following Meeting Space Application.   Only one Product-Specific can be scheduled per day. Exception: there is an opening after all requests have been fulfilled.

Seminar space is available on Wednesday, August 24 - Saturday, August 27. Seminars will begin each day at 9:00 AM; the last seminar will be scheduled at 4:00 PM. Product-Specific Seminars receive priority scheduling.

Seminars will be presented within a 60-minute time period. There will be a 30-minute break between each session. Following the second seminar each day there will be a 90-minute personal-time break for the attendees.

Deadline: May 23, 2022 or Until meeting space allotment is filled.
