It is my passion and mission to help working women like you begin and commit to a journey towards a healthy, active lifestyle. The ultimate goal is to help you reach your health & fitness goals through a sustainable, realistic approach. You have the power to make a positive difference in your life!

FIRST AND FOREMOST: How would you describe your current relationship with fitness? Would you describe yourself as sedentary, moderately active, active, etc? What are ways you incorporate fitness into your daily life? Please describe in detail!
