This 3-week course includes the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices Booklet, as well as additional helpful local resources. The Prepared Childbirth Education Course features the Lamaze 6 Healthy Birth Practices. The goal is simple: to have all parents feel confident, supported, and empowered in birth and parenthood.

About the instructor:
Jenny finds teaching and serving families a nourishing gift. It is a true vocation, a calling, and she loves what she does. Serving families since 2009, her long-time passion for empowered birth has helped to strengthen the Acadiana birth worker community. Jenny has served women in many birthing locations and situations, from hospital to birth center to home, as well as unmedicated births, medicated births, cesarean sections, and VBACs. She is intimately aware of the needs of her mommas! Having Jenny teach or serve you means receiving her gentle compassion and unconditional support.

Jenny is a certified VBAC doula, certified placenta specialist, Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, and lactation counselor. She has taught and served over 700 families in the greater Acadiana area.
