APPLICATION DEADLINE:  March 1, 2023. Placement in the parade will be determined in part by the date of application.

By completing this application, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless the event producer Lexington Parks and Recreation and the Bluegrass Irish Society, the Lexington Celtic Association and all other sponsors, in the event of an accident and agrees to have all parade participants sign the provided insurance form by the start of the parade.

Provide a suggested description of your unit that will be be used by the parade announcers as you go by the reviewing stand.  The parade committee reserves the right to edit this description and will not include statements endorsing any specific commercial or political entities.
Parade Entry Fee *
A non-refundable entry fee of $150 is charged for commercial or business units and political campaigns. Units should complete one registration per organization or campaign. There is no charge for non-profit organizations. Please select a category below that best describes the organization sponsoring your unit.
Payment of Parade Entry Fee
BY CREDIT CARD: Please email us at info@bluegrassirishsociety.org to request an invoice. There is s $5 processing fee for payment by credit card. Payments are non-refundable.

BY CHECK: Please mail or drop off your non-refundable entry fee made payable to the “Bluegrass Irish Society” to:
