Please complete one registration for EACH CHILD who wants to join the Malibu Sharks Surf Team. Being a Team Member is how you sign up for our programs.

Each child and their related parent/guardian will also be required to sign a physical Liability Waiver in person prior to being allowed to participate in team activities.

Malibu Sharks Surf Team Code of Conduct: 1) All Surfers and Surfer's Family Members will treat the Surf Team Staff and all Surf Team Members and their Family Members respectfully; 2) All Surfers agree to be the best citizens they can be, and to be ambassadors of the Malibu Sharks Surf Team in their community; 3) All Surfers must maintain C grades or better in school to be eligible for Surf Team participation, Report Card checks will be conducted; and finally 4) Sexual Harassment as defined by CA State Law, aggressive, confrontational, or behavior unbecoming of a Shark during or outside of team activities will be grounds for suspension or dismissal from the Surf Team. (You may report Code of Conduct breaches anonymously to any Surf Team volunteer, coach or Board Member.) *
