Burnaby Bears Field Hockey Club - 2024 Spring Junior Program Registration
Program Information:

- Eligible athletes are born between 2016 to 2006. We will group athletes based on age, friendship, commitment, and experience. 

- Season runs from the beginning of April until the end of June 2024

- Practices on Tuesday and Thursday evenings @ Burnaby Lake Sports Complex West, Field #2. Practice times are age group specific. 

- Games on the weekends could be Saturday or Sunday based on age group divisions.

- Tournament: FHBC Club Championships over one weekend based on age group (U18/U16/U14/U12)

- Programming is subject to change based on PHO, viaSport, and Field Hockey BC regulations; changes may include the tightening or loosening of COVID-19 restrictions over time.

BBFHC Registration Fees:

- BBFHC Early Bird Registration Fee: $95 (until February 17th)
- BBFHC Regular Registration Fee: $120  (February 18th onward)

Field Hockey BC Membership (mandatory)
Field Hockey BC Memberships provide insurance coverage for all sanctioned field hockey activities in BC. Membership 'years' run from September 1st 2023 to August 31st 2024.


Please register with Field Hockey BC to get/renew your Membership Number anytime after FHBC opens registration for the 2023/2024 season. At a later time we will ask you to provide a screen shot to confirm your completion of registration.

Commitment to this program
In order to create our Team(s) we are hoping to gather a sense of commitment for the Spring 2024 season.

We are not here to judge your priorities so please be honest with us about your commitment. Our intention is to create Team(s) that are sustainable and positive experiences for athletes, coaches, and community alike.  

We must declare our Team(s) to the Vancouver Women's Field Hockey Association by February 18. We will only be entering teams based on the registration numbers and commitment level shared with us.
