Sharpsmeade Festival 2019 Vendor Registration Form
Thanks for being interested in spending a magical day with us in Sharpsburg! After attracting thousands to Kennedy Park in previous years, the Sharpsmeade Festival will return for its third year this October 12th, and we're excited to welcome our community's businesses, organizations, and creative residents to host booths to give back to the neighborhood while supporting local nonprofit Sharpsburg Neighborhood Organization.

Event Date & Time: Saturday, October 12, 2019, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: Kennedy Park in Sharpsburg (intersection of 15th St. and N. Canal St.)

This event is free for all and open to the public. Set-up time is from 9 am - 10:45 am. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents (if needed). There is no fee for setting up, but electrical access is extremely limited and vendors are encouraged to bring their own generator if possible.

Vendors are strongly encouraged to offer a free magically themed activity or giveaway to festival attendees to add to the festival spirit (costumes without masks and decorations are encouraged as well!). Aside from returning vendors, multi-level marketing companies are not permitted. If you have any questions, contact brittany@sharpsburgneighborhood.org or 412-407-7661.

What do you want to do at the Sharpsmeade Festival? Non-food vendors looking to sell at the event should ideally offer a free activity or giveaway for event attendees (especially kids) to make sure the event is fun and affordable for all of our families. *
Are you able to make your booth/activity/products fit in with the magical theme for the event? *
Will your booth require electricity? *
Any other questions or things we should know?
I agree to not sell trademarked merchandise or experiences other than officially licensed products to help ensure the event does not break copyright laws. *
