St Paul the Apostle School, Doreen On-Site  Learning Program  7 September to 11 September 2020  - Parent Intentions Form
Dear Parents and Carers

Arrangements for Remote & Flexible Learning - Stage 4 Covid 19 Restrictions.

In adhering to directives from the Victorian State Government and the CECV (Catholic Education Commission of Victoria), all students at St Paul the Apostle School, Doreen will continue Remote and Flexible Learning from home during Stage 4 Covid 19 Restrictions.

We are now mandated by the State Government and CECV to continue to provide our Onsite School Program in a reduced capacity for parents who have a Permitted Worker Permit. It is essential we have a copy of your Permitted Workers Permit (plus updated ones) as we, like all schools are subject to accountability measures that include screening all permits and then producing the documents if requested by the relevant authorities.

Therefore, if you have a Permitted Workers Permit and cannot provide care for your students on a daily basis, you will be required to produce a copy of your Permit and a copy for any adult at home who cannot supervise your child/children as evidence.

Also, we ask you to please fill out this form each week so that we can make preparations for any child/children who are permitted to participate in the SPA On-site Learning Program. Since Wednesday our numbers on site have reduced significantly to around 10 -15 children.

We are grateful that Camp Australia will continue to run a Before and After School Care Program for those children who are granted permission to attend our Remote and Flexible Learning Program on-site.  Parents can call Camp Australia Customer Care (1300105343) or book online (campaustralia.com.au) to make a booking.

Please answer all questions on the survey so that we can organise On-Site Schooling for your child/children.
We encourage all other communication to be an email to your child's teacher or a pre-arranged phone call.  Parents are asked to contact the school office on 92162000 and not enter the school premises. Student entry to school and dismissal requires parents collecting children to line up outside the school gate, adhering to the physical distances markers on the footpath.

NB: As a number of parents will now be working part-time, parents are able to collect their children earlier from school up until 3.00pm or then at 3.25pm to avoid any unnecessary interruptions to the On-site learning program,

Please note that this form is only applicable for the Week commencing 7 September to 11 September 2020. Another form will be sent out for permitted workers next week.

We thank you for your support and understanding with all of the above. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office or by email.
