Ely Youth Ski League 2021-2022
Use this form to sign up for winter '21-'22 ski league

Fees for this year are as follows:
- All families need to join the Ely Ski and Bike club ($75 for a family membership). Go to https://www.elynordic.org/ to get your membership for this year.
-Equipment rental for those who need skis will be $25 per skier with a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be refunded at the end of the season when equipment is returned.
