NSAD Hall of Fame Nomination Form
NSAD Board of Directors ask that you help us recognize the efforts of the people that have fueled the sport of NSAD. We are currently accepting nominations of outstanding NSAD people to be considered for induction into the 2022 NSAD Hall of Fame. This includes anyone involved with NSAD level, as a player, coach, leader, contributor and umpire. The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 15th.

Nominee Information:
HOF Timeline
January- March- NSAD will be sent out to announce the opening of nominations for the Hall of Fame.

April- All nominations must be completed and submitted by April 15th.

April- The HOF Committee will meet to go over all nominations and make their recommendation to the NSAD Board of Directors by end of April.

May- The NSAD Commissioner and the Chair of the HOF will notify the new inductee(s)

June- The NSAD Commissioner or/ and the Chair of the HOF will announce the inductee(s) through the NSAD Facebook vlog.

July/ August- Hall of Fame Inductees will be inducted at the NSAD Softball Tournament the last weekend of the July or 1st weekend of August.

HOF Guidelines
1. All nominations must be completed and submitted by  April 15, 2022.
2. Hall of Fame nominee does not have to be retired to be nominated or elected
3. All nominees must be at least 40 years of age.
4. The nominee must have made a significant and positive impact on the sport of NSAD.
5. All nominations will be verified by the NSAD HOF Committee.
6. NSAD Hall of Fame Committee/ Board of Directors will evaluate all nominations and select the players to be inducted.
7. Hall of Fame Inductees will be inducted at the NSAD Softball Tournament.
