Volunteering at a farmers market offers a unique and fulfilling opportunity to actively contribute to your local community while immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of fresh produce and artisanal goods. By lending a helping hand, you not only support local farmers and small businesses, but also promote local agriculture and healthy eating habits within your community. Whether you're assisting vendors with set-up and tear-down, organizing our homesteaders table, or engaging with visitors, volunteering at a farmer's market allows you to make a tangible difference while fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie within your community. High Schoolers are welcome. We are a 501c4 so your hours count toward graduation requirements.

Release of Liability for Volunteers at Boerne Farmers Market

I, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate as a volunteer at the Boerne Farmers Market. I understand that my participation may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen events.

In consideration of being permitted to volunteer at the Boerne Farmers Market, I hereby release and discharge Boerne Farmers Market, its organizers, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to my participation in the volunteer activities.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boerne Farmers Market, its organizers, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of my actions or omissions during my volunteer service.

I understand that this Release of Liability is a legally binding agreement and I voluntarily sign it of my own free will.
