GENERAL INFORMATION
NJCDCA CERTIFIED COMPETITION!!   PANEL JUDGING! SPRING FLOOR! RUNS ON TIME!

WE WELCOME ALL YOUTH/REC PROGRAMS, ALL STAR, MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL AND EXHIBITIONS!

Registration Fee:
$165 per team
$135 each additional team, category, or division.
Late Registration Fee: $175 (after January 1st)
Exhibition Teams: $100 (will receive trophy)

Registration Deadline:
Please register by December 20th. 

Spectator Fee: $10
Paid spectators will receive a free raffle ticket for a chance to win a door prize throughout the sessions.

Coaches:
3 coaches free per team with each paid entry
Each additional coach is $10

Start Times:
Recreation, All Star will take place during the 1st session. Grammar/HS will compete session 2.  Final times/TBD based on number of entries.

We will be offering multiple sessions to avoid overcrowding. A schedule will be sent out one week prior to the competition via email to Coach on registration form. A FINAL schedule will be sent out Tuesday prior. NO CHANGES after this.
 
A Certificate of Insurance naming JLHS Cheerleading as an additional insured is required and individual waivers must be handed in before the competition date.

AWARDS:  Team Trophies awarded will be contingent upon the number of entries in each division.
**We reserve the right to combine divisions if numbers are minimal.

1-3 teams per division- 1st place trophy only
4 or more teams per division- 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Exhibition teams will receive a trophy with paid registration.

MUSIC: must be on a good quality CD or on a phone/iPod. Please have a back up!

WARMUPS: Each team will be given team time to stretch & warmup before performance. *5 min stretch, 5 min mat warmup & 5 min. tumble track)

Music Policy: As a coach of your organization/program, you must read and understand the USA Cheer Music Copyrights Educational Initiative. All sound recordings used in your team's music shall only be used with written license from the owners(s) of the sound recordings. To review these guidelines and obtain the most up to date music information, visit http://varsity.com/music or http://usacheer.com/music. If you have any questions, cheer teams should email info@usacheer.net and cheer teams should email dancemusic@varsity.com. The use of music and other elements of the recording in your cheer and dance routine (s), as well as the right to perform your routine to that recording, must be properly licensed. You are responsible to, and must obtain those licenses at your sole cost and expense. Failure to obtain the appropriate licenses may be a violation of U.S. copyright laws. Teams must be able to provide proof of licensing upon request. There is no need to send your receipts in with your registration, but you should have them available at the competition.
