Individual Survey - MIT COVID-19 Challenge
Hello! Our team is working on the MIT-COVID19 Challenge for expanding and improving access to COVID-19 education and resources.

Facing the pandemic, many individuals need help (access to food, medicine, financial needs) but they don’t know where or how to access it. On the other hand we know that so many organizations, companies, donators, and individuals want to help but don’t know how either: we want to build a web-based / app platform that will connect them, and make the delivery of help much more efficient in this time of crisis.

The purpose of this survey is to try and better understand the needs and wishes of individuals who are willing to help.

Your help is critical so we can create the most efficient platform and user experience.

This survey should take up to 5 min.
