Crew Registration 
4th and 5th graders are invited to participate in the crew of Lincoln-Hubbard School’s production of Seussical!  Please complete and submit this form by January 6th.  Complete one form for each child if you are registering siblings.  

*Please note:

1. The crew is capped at 10 members and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. 

2.  Crew (sets, props, lighting and sound) attends the last two weeks of rehearsal (week of 4/10 and 4/17) and all performances. Daily attendance is mandatory for:

  • Week of 4/10 rehearsals
  • TECH DAY Monday 4/17, 3:00-6:00pm
  • DRESS REHEARSALS 4/18 - 4/20, 3:00-6:00pm
  • All FOUR PERFORMANCES. The run of the show is Friday 4/21 during the school day, Friday 4/21 evening,  Saturday 4/22 matinee and Sunday 4/23 matinee.

3. Assistant Director and Stage Manager (5th Graders Only) attend all rehearsals, minus conflicts you will provide on this form. Daily attendance is mandatory for:
  • Week of 4/10 rehearsals
  • TECH DAY Monday 4/17, 3:00-6:00pm
  • DRESS REHEARSALS 4/18 - 4/20, 3:00-6:00pm 
  • All FOUR PERFORMANCES. The run of the show is Friday 4/21 during the school day, Friday 4/21 evening,  Saturday 4/22 matinee and Sunday 4/23 matinee.
  • After registration closes, you will receive a form to submit if your child would like to apply for one or both of these positions.

3. If you anticipate that your child cannot attend the week of 4/10 and 4/17 (rehearsals, dress rehearsals, tech day or performances), please do not register. No conflicts can be accommodated.

4. Registration is only considered complete when this registration form is filled out in its entirety and the registration fee has been paid. Financial hardship should not preclude any child from participating. Please see Mr. Carlin regarding financial assistance.
