Participants: As a Participants team member, you will be working in the frontline of communication with the participants. This means giving them helpful information about the event, and giving the best customer service for the participants. You will be needed for the entire event series (i.e. the whole month in May) and the final day on June 6th.
Partners: The Partners team work closely with the challenge partners, coaches and keynote speakers and responding to their needs. You will be needed for the entire event series (i.e. the whole month in May) and the final day on June 6th.
Marketing: As a member of the Marketing team, you will help us to promote the event and distributing marketing materials to campuses and public places. You will also help with graphic design, event documentation and copywriting. You will be needed before and during the entire event series (i.e. the whole month in April-May) and the final day on June 6th.
Logistics: The Logistics team make sure the availability of any kinds of materials, foods and drinks during the entire event for everyone involved. You will be needed for the entire event series (i.e. the whole month in May) and the final day on June 6th.
Construction: In the construction team, you will help to build and de-construct the event venue, putting decorations, arranging working spaces, and building the stage on the final event of the series. You will be needed for mostly the final day on June 6th, and partially during the rest of the event series.
