A 6-month–old baby girl presented to the clinic with asymptomatic blue-grey patches on the right side of her face including her right eye since birth. No other pigmentation abnormalities were noticed on any other site. There was no mucosal or palatal involvement.  She was born from non-consanguineous parents and family history was non-contributory.
