Welcome! This is the first step in registering your children for HOPE SDC 2023. If you are currently registering more than one child for SDC, please enter all of the information into this form. Separate physical copies of "Student Registration Packets" must be turned in for each child.
The dates for this year’s SDC are June 19th - July 21st.
We will have Tuesday, July 4th off.
You MUST submit a physical copy of the "Student Registration Packet" that will be found on our website or in the church office to complete your application. Please follow the appropriate link.
Please note that you may ONLY register your own children. If you register a child that is not yours, the entire application will be forfeited.
Tuition for SDC 2023:
Students grade 1st-5th [$1000+$150 deposit]
Students grade 6th-7th [$1350+$150 deposit] *Away camp included*
*Tuition and deposit are non-refundable
**Church members of Hope Lutheran Church receive a 10% discount on tuition.

DISCAIMER:
Submitted applications do not guarantee your child's spot in Hope's Summer Day Camp. This application is also open for those that wish to be put on the waitlist after we have reached our limit. You will receive an e-mail a week from the registration date regarding your acceptance. Upon acceptance, you must turn in completed registration packet and deposit of $150 by 4/14 to secure your spot in SDC 2023, otherwise your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
