St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church will be holding its sixth annual Memorial Day Peace and Prayer Service sponsored by the parish's Music Ministry on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at 7 PM.

One of the annual traditions of this service is for parishioners to submit the names of deceased loved ones that served in the United States Military to preserve our rights as Americans, and the natural rights of all God's people around the globe. Each name is read and remembered for the sacrificed that that individual endured on behalf of all.

We ask that you only include one name per form. Entries with multiple names on one form will not be able to be included. Additionally, to avoid inadvertently leaving someone's name off of the list, we do not accept entries over the phone. All entries must be made online via this web portal.
