2022 Broome Art Trail Participation Application
Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Broome Art Trail! The 2022 Broome Art Trail is October 1st and 2nd, 2022 from 12 NOON to 4PM each day! Artists will have time before and after the event to set up and take down their work, as well as the option to leave their work overnight at the venue they are showing in. Artists are encouraged to visit the location before committing so that they know what they are working with.

Some venues may have live music at scheduled times. Broome County Arts Council will provide marketing promotion on social media accounts (@broomearts on Instagram, /broomearts on Facebook) as well as seeking television and newspaper press interviews and opportunities to support the event at large and individual artists as requested. Venues will be assigned venue numbers after June 1st registration deadline, and provided signage and posters to promote the event up through the event dates.

Artist Meet and Greet will be 9/28/22, the Thursday before Broome Art Trail. Details are TBA!
Broome Art Trail after party is Sunday, October 2nd from 4PM to 7PM at Farm by Beer Tree in Port Crane, NY.

Sales of any work are between the artist and the buyer, and BCAC takes no part in the sale aspect. Artists are responsible for taking payment and delivery of goods and services offered, as well as for their personal accounting (submitting tax information where applicable, typically for over $600 in sales.
