§  Q. Can we rent the Clubhouse on a Sunday afternoon

§  A. Yes of course, the Clubhouse closes to members at 5 p.m. Sunday’s and you are welcome to rent it.

§  Q. Does the Quarterly Food and Beverage Minimums go towards private events

§  A. Unfortunately no, F&B minimums are only applied during regular restaurant scheduled services.

§  Q. Do we have to be members to host an event at the club

§  A. No, the club will accommodate none members

§  Q. Can we bring our own Food and Beverage to the club for an event.

§  A. The club currently is offering F&B options, we would prefer that you purchase all F&B from the club, if the event is on a Monday or Tuesday then the club will consider such a request.

§  Q. Can you provide a Buffet style menu or only A la Carte?

§  A. Yes we can, all of our Menus will be customized to your preferences.

§  Q. Can we bring our wine

§  A. The club has a liquor license and all Beverage items must be purchased from the club, now if the wine in question is a small boutique or an extremely hard to locate wine then the club will allow for it with a corkage fee of $15 per bottle. 

§  Q. How can I learn more about the possibility of hosting an event at Ox Ridge

§  Q. Does the club provide cakes for events

§  A. Unfortunately we do not bake our own cakes, we could order one for you; we do strongly encourage that you bring your own cake.

§  Q. What is the average cost per plate, just a rough idea (food only)?

§  A. Brunch $25, Lunch $45, Dinner $85, Wedding $155, all is customized.
