This is the form to register for David Frazee's Chess Puzzle Time at Bridgeopolis on Saturday June 3 from 10:30a - 3:00pm and will include a 30 minute break for pizza lunch. USCF Membership is NOT required for this event. Please see the details on the Bridgeopolis Website

Registration is limited. The cost is $27 for one player or $42 total for 1-3 additional family members. Parents are encouraged to form a team with their kids. We will make our best effort to make teams of 3-4 players. Save $2 on the cost with cash or personal check in advance. Onsite Registration if space is available: $55/team (4 players max)

Parents will be required to sign our standard waiver form available on the Bridgeopolis website.

Space is limited. A waitlist will start if maximum capacity is reached.
