HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE REQUEST FORM FOR ALLAMUCHY STUDENTS (2022-23)
This form is being used to:
(1) Submit your academic course requests and elective interests to the High School Guidance Department;
(2) Schedule your (virtual) individual scheduling meeting with a High School Guidance Counselor to formalize your course requests.

It is very important that you have reviewed the scheduling presentations, course catalog and other information prior to making your selections and attending the meeting.  Making changes now is easy; making changes later is difficult.
