Do you plan to attend the full-day summit on Monday, September 9? *

Do you plan to attend the States Dinner the evening of Monday, September 9? *
The States’ Dinner will follow the summit and be held at The Darlington House, 1610 20th. Street NW, less than one mile from The Fairmont. Dinner is complimentary.
Do you plan to participate in meetings at the Capitol on Tuesday, September 10? *
Meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end no later than 3:00 p.m. Early departure due to travel is not a problem.
Do you plan to attend the kickoff the morning of Tuesday, September 10? *
The kickoff event begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a welcome address from Alabama Congresswoman Terri Sewell (D), who introduced the legislation to reform the PDGM. Please note that meetings at the Capitol may conflict based on congressional office schedules. A continental breakfast will be available at this kickoff event.
