UNFILTERED REASON FOR THIS APP:
 *Instead of rasing my prices to deter from shady people I am using this pre-qual app. I can't work with people that feel it's ok for me to extend credit, give up hours of my time for which I would otherwise charge $175/hr, pay all expenses on the file (including postage, tax, supplies, fees - portals, software, etc.- merchant fees, other taxes), provide tremendous value that cannot be found anywhere else and then call the bank to dispute the charges and think that I would allow it and pay for it. I put people in jail for theft of business services so if this is you and you do not understand what the words "non-refundable" mean, don't waste my time.

You understand that NO ONE can guarantee results, right? *
Once again, there's no way to force anyone to do anything. You can't even force someone to pay that you sued without wage garnesment! When you sign up with me OR WITH ANYONE ELSE, you are paying for someone to do what they said they would in an attempt to get as many deletions/corrections/score changes as possible. You are NOT paying for results because you are NOT on a per-deletion program.

What makes now any different than before, as far as being extended credit? *
*I charge $1251 for this program and allow monthly payments to certain clients.  Your ACTUAL balance by the 10th business day after signup is $1154 between the 5 hours I render @ $175 per hour & the $140 I pay out of pocket on your credit file - which means that your $139 goes DIRECTLY to your credit fle. This does NOT include any other fees, updates, rounds, letters or communication. So as you can see, I ONLY want to offer this HUGE value to someone that deserves it and NOT to someone that I'll have to either file a police report against, take to court and wage garnish, blacklist from credit repair services or send to collections.

This program is NON-REFUNDABLE because of the digital products your receive immediately upon sign up and value offered (see description of previous question that details services). Do you agree to this and understand what this means? *
This means that once you start and pay, that's it. I begin your file and I have to pay out $140 on your file in the 1st few days.  You need to read the contract before you agree to it and understand what "non-refundable" means.

Do you agree that this isn't a magic trick and that I have no magic wand and that there's no way to "force" the bureaus, creditors or collection agencies to do something?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     *
ALL other companies only dispute a FEW items per month while I dispute ALL of them; they dispute 1 bureau at a time while I do all 3; they only use letter templates, I wrte custom disputes. So while you can't force someone to delete something, I CAN control what I do for my clients and THAT'S what I do.
