I understand that the ($75 ) non-refundable fee that I have agreed to pay today will hold the date I have specified for a period of no more than six (6) months, for the use of the Leakesville Community Center.  After the end of this six (6) month period, the date will become available for use by anyone.  Payment for use of the Leakesville Community Center is due thirty (30) days before the specified day.  If at any point before the specified date, I no longer require use of the Leakesville Community Center, I will notify Town Hall (601-394-2383).
All deposits are due within 5 business days of the submission of this form or the requested date will be released.
