Title I Parent Survey 2021-2022
This year Title I has tried to involve parents in their child’s education.  As we end this year’s program, we need your input to help us make plans for next year.  Please take a few minutes to complete this survey and provide us with your feedback.

We began this year with our annual Title I orientation meeting.  The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the program and answer questions from parents. Did you attend our first Title I/ESSA meeting or PTA/Title I meeting? (Open House: 08/18/2021 4-6pm)
