We invite everyone to please fill out the form below to help organise the auspicious occasion of the World Festival and Shri Ganesha Puja 2023. This is the Team Registration Form.  Once you have shown desire to be part of one of the teams you will be added to a Whatsapp Team so that rotas can be made beforehand. If one team is full then you will be assigned your second choice!

Here are a list of available teams.
Some jobs that are specific to the Puja weekend and are for yogis from the hosting countries, the rest will need the help of everyone during the world Festival from 9th to 14th September, and will continue through the hosting weekend for the hosting countries. Everyone will be included in kitchen and bathroom cleaning and helping!

Transport
- Helping out with the local shuttle drives (license required)
- Helping at the transport desk

Marriage Team for hosting countries
- Set up marriage fires and stage 
- Prepare the henna ceremony 
- Prepare and clean up the haldi ceremony

Prasad for hosting countries
- Prepare and distribute

Entertainment for hosting countries
- Evening programs and performances
- Audio team and visuals

Vibrational Support 
- Manage and support the Clearing Tent 

Children's Activities
- Arts and crafts for younger children

Communications for hosting countries
- Social media posts to help communicate before and during the puja weekend

Puja Gift for hosting countries
- Wrap puja gifts
