Please fill out the following form. This form is to collect each student's google account username (email address) so that we can share our google classroom and google meet links directly with you and your child. Each child will need a separate Google account to be included in their specific online classroom. WE ONLY NEED THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOUR CHILD, NOT THE PASSWORD. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT WITH ANYONE. You will receive information on how to join the online classroom through a personalized email from your child's teacher after we have received all the email addresses for their classroom.
