Play a lead role in shaping our PTA’s involvement. Preside at all meetings, delegate responsibilities to association members and meet regularly with Executive Board Members. Prepare agendas for the monthly PTA General Meetings and Executive Board meetings.

Responsible for all financial affairs and funds of the PTA and maintaining an updated record of all income and expenditures. Prepare and present a written report of all transactions at every Executive Board and PTA General Meetings. Prepare interim and annual financial reports.

Responsible for recording minutes at every Executive Board and PTA General Meeting meetings. Ensure all notices, agendas, and meeting minutes are posted on the school's website as well as create event sign-up sheets for volunteers.
