The goal of of this survey is to source consensus of certain key elements of the proposed new document: "COVID-19 Outbreak Stages and Containment Protocols" as drafted by the Art Services Worker Safety Coalition. The document is broken into three stages of risk: (1) exposure to COVID-19, (2) single COVID-19 infection in the workplace, (3) multiple COVID-19 infections in the workplace.
