To become a vendor applicant must:

~Fill out form below.
~Submit payment to become a confirmed vendor for the dates selected. (Once the form is submitted you will receive an invoice to your email below from Square)
~Once payment is submitted there are no refunds for any reason.
~Food vendors must email a copy of liability insurance, pictures of your set up and foods you will be serving. Jennifersmith@eventsbyjenniferlynncompany.com
~Send a menu with pricing prior to the event. This is used for advertising purposes. Vendors cannot sell items not listed on their menu. This is how we limit the same type of food sales. 
~All invoices NEED to be paid by the Monday before so you can be included in the advertising. 


~If you own multiple trucks each truck must be registered. The two spaces listed are for larger trucks that need the space. 

~ Misc Food Vendors are vendors who sell things packaged already like salsa, hot sauces etc. 
   ~10'x10' spaces with just tables and displays. 


Day of the event: 
~Arrive any time after 3:00 pm. set up and ready to serve by 4pm.
~Stay until the event is over at 8 pm. No early clean ups. 
~All trash MUST go with you. 
~You MUST provide your own electricity. There is no electric available.
~Clean your area before you leave. 
~The event is rain or shine. 


Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company will: 
~Supply you with a space at the event on the dates you selected once the invoice is paid. Spaces are assigned upon arrival.
   ~Payments are on a first to pay basis.
~Limit the number of vendors with the same items.
~Advertise the event along with the venue.
~You will receive an email from us the week of the event to go over all of the details before arriving the day of the event. 
~No refunds due to bad weather, terrorism or acts of God. If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather you will receive credit for the next one,
